At the Careers UAE 2017 event, an annual job fair held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, local police employed Sanbot to conduct interviews to recruit Emiratis nationals to the Dubai Police force. As job seekers lined up one by one, Sanbot asked prospective candidates a series of questions. Sanbot succeeded in recruiting 23 people on the first day of the fair and significantly reduced the amount of time the police force spent on interviews. Brigadier Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi, General Director of Smart Services at Dubai Police, said that in future his team plans to conduct “smart” interviews with prospective candidates without any human intervention.
