Sanbot robot interviewer helps create intelligent police station

The three-day “Career UAE 2017” job fair was held at the Dubai World Trade Centre. As one of the most important departments for national security system, Dubai police offered 146 vacancies at the job fair to attract more prospective police staff. The HR director of Dubai Police Brigadier Ahmad Mohammad Rafe told, the novel way robot being interviewer attracted a great batch of candidates for the police job interview. The young who never considered police job also came for the interview. “We received job seeking request continuously and many young people would like to join us”, the police administrator Brigadier Rafei told the media.

On Apr 24th, Sanbot robots’ group dance, with rhythm of “The toy in the Showcase” Kicked off the opening ceremony of the Science Festival in Shenzhen Fengrun Kindergarten.

Themed by “I Participate, I Experience, I enjoy”, it was the first Science Festival the kindergarten held. Sanbot Application Scenario 12: Police Job Interview

At the Careers UAE 2017 event, an annual job fair held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, local police employed Sanbot to conduct interviews to recruit Emiratis nationals to the Dubai Police force. As job seekers lined up one by one, Sanbot asked prospective candidates a series of questions. Sanbot succeeded in recruiting 23 people on the first day of the fair and significantly reduced the amount of time the police force spent on interviews. Brigadier Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi, General Director of Smart Services at Dubai Police, said that in future his team plans to conduct “smart” interviews with prospective candidates without any human intervention.
